Really,
it’s all just a bunch of recipes. And not nicely written out either. There’s are parts which aren’t about food, but they’re not particularly useful. Some recipes are gaspingly convoluted; others quite easy. Both have their merits.
I suppose at this stage I’m supposed to strike up a catchy bio and tell you how much I love food but if I did I’d be forced to tell you that my real ambition is to nail a couple of Black Sabbath tunes (definitely Iron Man, maybe Sweet Leaf). Instead I’ll tell you that once I was a blogger and then I co-owned and edited a local food magazine called SPICE and now I am a blogger again but a blogger that cares even less.
Assorted answers – hello, I’m Anthony Georgeff. Yes. Yes. No. Yes, he is. Bulgaria. No. Yes

Yo Anthony, greetings from Philadelphia, PA
Came across your superb blog after returning from three weeks in Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto mostly) and becoming irredeemingly addicted to Tonkotsu Ramen (my search for a recipe turned up your entry of August 14, 2005). I know this is a very late reply to a four year old post but that recipe looks great and I am about to make it so I can satisfy the tonkotsu cravings (either that or I am flying back to Tokyo). Thanks for your contributions to make the world a more delicious place.

Hi,
I’m the media coordinator for not-for-profit organisation Do Something. As part of our FoodWise campaign we are launching National Leftovers Day on Boxing Day this year to highlight both the environmental and financial costs of food waste. As a visible and popular food blogger, a mention of National Leftovers Day on your blog would be quite a coup for the campaign. And there could be potential for cross-linking with our foodwise.com.au site. Please contact me for more information or a copy of the media release.Cheers,

Hi there Anthony,
My partner and I have just happened upon your site and think it is magnificent, a very humerous and taste bud erecting introduction to some great ideas we will be lashing onto ourselves and friends.
Can’t wait till dinner tomorrow night, thank you.Kind Regards Phill and Lynda

Hi Anthony
Neil and Jo told me about you – unfortunately, after you had left the country! Neil has promised me a copy of Spice Magazine and I really like the blog – looking forward to trying out some of the recipes.
I have forwarded the details of this blog onto the Food /Restaurant critic of a local Brighton Magazine – thought you might have something in common.

Hi Anthony – love the tights!
Apologies for the spam – but we thought you’d be interested in Rick Stein’s hunt to find Australia’s top food blogger!
Rick Stein is touring Australia from late March with his Food Odyssey tour live on stage for the first time including shows in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
He is hunting for the top food blogger to win tickets to the show, a signed program, signed cookbook and other goodies, PLUS the winner will have their blog entry and blog address printed and inserted into the show program.
If you’re interested google “Rick Stein Tour” and look for the WIN page or find us on twitter @ricksteininoz.
Or go straight to the page here: http://www.ricksteintour.com.au/win.htmlBest of luck!
Cheers
